Your Opportunity

Primero are currently recruiting for an E&I Superintendent to join us on an exciting Major Construction Project This would be on a 2:1 Roster for a 12-18 Month Period

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will plan, direct and control all activities under your influence and ensure that these activities meet the safety, health, environmental, design, quality, completion, and production targets as set by the site leadership team

Your Key Responsibilities

• Proactively plan the works assigned to you on the project to ensure that the resources required to meet your primary purpose are adequate and fit for purpose.
• Ensure that all data requirements for robust projects and financial control are met consistently, completely and on a timely basis as directed by the site manager / project manager.
• Directly accountable for setting up the Supervision Team to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe manner for persons working on the site including sub-contractor’s workforce and visitors
• In all dealings with Primero’s clients or prospective clients, develop relationships which maximise the likelihood of repeat or initial business opportunities.
• Liaise with client representatives or sub-contractors on technical and minor contractual issues.

What You ‘Can Do’

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work effectively and lead by example the firm’s personnel and their sub-contractors.
• Strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.
• Possess significant experience within Major Construction Projects
• Hold a Current WA Electrical Licence
• Hold a Current CPR/LVR Certificate
