About the Role

Our client is a well-established Australian engineering and automation contractor delivering electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and commissioning services across the mining, minerals processing and heavy industrial sectors. We're looking for experienced 4x E&I Commissioning Supervisors with Schedule 26 to join a major shutdown at BHP sites this October.

With a strong pipeline of work across Western Australia, they continue to grow their commissioning teams and deliver high-quality outcomes on major resource projects.

Location: BHP MAC OHP1 Crusher Shutdown

• Dates: 27/10 - 31/10
• 2 positions available

Location: BHP Western Ridge Crusher Project

• Duration: 4-5 months
• Commencing within the next 2-3 weeks
• 2 positions available

What's on Offer?

• $110/hr - $130/hr (depending on experience)
• Super paid on all hours
• Travel included from Perth WA to Site

What will this position involve?

As part of the commissioning team, you'll be responsible for leading Electrical & Instrumentation commissioning activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Your duties will include:

• Leading Electrical & Instrumentation commissioning teams across site
• Coordinating commissioning activities and schedules
• Reviewing and completing commissioning documentation and ITRs
• Conducting inspections and resolving technical issues
• Reviewing and approving JHAs
• Liaising with construction teams, vendors and client representatives

What do you need to be successful?

• Current unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
• Cert IV in Instrumentation
• Schedule 26
• Current LVR/CPR
• WA White Card
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Minimum 3 years' commissioning experience within mining, oil & gas or heavy industrial environments
• Minimum 12 months' supervisory experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
