Your Impact

• Deliver top-tier drilling operations across multiple techniques
• Manage client relationships and ensure holes meet spec
• Oversee rig mobilization/demobilization
• Maintain stock and consumables
• Drive safety excellence every day

What We're Looking For

• A drilling professional ready to step up and lead
• Proven experience managing drill crews
• Cert III or IV in Drilling Operations (or working towards it)
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to standards

Must-Haves

• Current Driver's Licence (HR)
• First Aid (within 2 years)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
• Police clearance and two recent references
• Must have Australian working rights
