As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you’ll support and enhance our digital applications across web, automation, workflow and mobile platforms, helping to build a stable, modern and innovative digital environment for the business.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia, solving problems, improving user experience, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that genuinely make a difference.

Role Located: Fairfield

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications leveraging SQL databases to support business processes and data management needs.
• Build and maintain workflow-driven applications using tools such as Nintex or other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Provide SharePoint administration, including site management, permissions, and integration with business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing solution

About You / Requirements

• Proven experience developing applications using SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Nintex or similar BPM/workflow automation tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience in Power Platform administration (environment management, governance, security).
• Solid experience with SharePoint administration and integration.
• Experience in low-code/no-code application development environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across concurrent projects
