We are seeking a Digital Asset Assistant to join our Marketing and Communications team on a 6-month contract, based at our Head Office in Belmont (moving to the CBD in mid-2026). This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and migration of digital assets into NRW’s digital asset management system (DAM).
You will play a key role in ensuring digital content is well organised, accessible and aligned with company standards, while supporting system setup, testing and ongoing improvements.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum:
- Previous experience in a digital, content, or IT-related role
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems, CMS platforms, or similar tools
- Experience working with platforms such as Intelligence Bank, WordPress, HubSpot or similar
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to follow established processes and maintain consistency
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign) (Desirable)
As a Digital Asset Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the setup and structure of the DAM, including landing pages aligned to brand guidelines
- Migrating digital assets (images, videos, documents) with accurate metadata and tagging
- Testing DAM functionality, filters and workflows, and reporting issues or inconsistencies
- Ensuring all content meets quality, naming conventions and accessibility standards
- Documenting processes and workflows related to the DAM
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage priorities and deadlines
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues related to digital assets and the DAM
