About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in our growing Customer Support Centre, supporting customers with parts queries, sales orders, delivery updates and technical assistance. You’ll work across multiple teams including supply chain, warehousing, technical and operations ensuring accurate parts interpretation, timely order processing and exceptional customer communication.
Role Location: Wacol, Brisbane Roster: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm On-call: You will be required to participate in an on‑call roster approximately once every 4–6 weeks to provide phone and email support. In urgent situations, you may be required to attend the branch to allocate parts or assist operationally. This pays up to $350 per-week.

What we are looking for
- Experience in parts interpreting or customer support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude or exposure to earthmoving/industrial equipment
- Ability to interpret parts, process orders and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite; AX experience advantageous)
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and escalate technical queries
- Experience with inventory, warehouse or supply chain systems highly regarded
