Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and Retail / Merchandise Assistant for our reputable and well-established client in South Guildford. Please keep reading for further details on the positions and take your pick!

Our client is a leading heavy equipment manufacturer servicing the mining industry for over 60 years. As a result of ongoing demand, they are looking for both a Customer Service Representative and Retail / Merchandise Assistant. 

Customer Service Representative
South Guildford Location
$39.48/Hr + Super
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, rotating 5-week roster

  • Weeks 1–3: Monday to Friday
  • Week 4: Monday to Saturday
  • Week 5: Tuesday to Friday

Job Details:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in-person enquiries.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues using strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Working across multiple systems and digital tools to support positive customer outcomes.

Retail / Merchandise Assistant
South Guildford Location
$38.20/Hr + Super
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Job Details:

  • Providing customer service and sales support, resolving enquiries and assisting with sales growth.
  • Managing inventory, stock replenishment, product setup and stocktake duties.
  • Coordinating ordering, picking, packing and deliveries to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining merchandise displays and building strong supplier and customer relationships.
  • Covering reception and other customer service areas when required.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe retail environment.

Requirements for both positions:

  • Previous experience within a customer service or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test where required.
  • Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence.
