Your new role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be based locally in Hazelmere, WA, supporting a busy mining services operation. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support while ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquires via phone and email.
- Processing orders, service requests, and job bookings.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintaining customer records and databases.
- Preparing documentation such as work orders, invoices, and basic reports.
- General administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Pervious experience in customer service, administration, or office support.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with customer enquiries simultaneously.
- Confidence using SAP, Microsoft Office, and internal systems.
- Exposure to mining, industrial, or resources environments will be highly regarded.
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
