The Role
Monday to Friday, DIDO, Dayshift only
- Perform routine, critical, and complex lifts according to lift plans
- Ensure all lifts comply with site procedures, load charts, and engineering requirements
- Responsible for personal safety and safety of co-workers
- Show commitment to safety culture through personal behaviour and willingness to influence others
- Responsible for slings, cables, straps, and the crane prior to lifting operations
- Maintain the crane in good working order
- Coordinate movements with ground personnel using radios, signals, and standardized communication protocols
- Follow correct lock-out and tag procedures
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- High Risk Work Licence – minimum C1, a VOC will be required for all HRWL tickets.
- Australian HR Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
- Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
- Experice around Materials Handling Machines is beneficial
