Job Description

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate construction completion and system handover activities.
  • Manage inspection and test record (ITR) close-out processes.
  • Monitor and drive punch list and defect rectification activities.
  • Prepare and maintain turnover packages and handover documentation.
  • Liaise with engineering, construction, commissioning teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and support project reporting requirements.
  • Ensure all activities comply with project, quality, and safety standards.
  • Support commissioning and operational readiness objectives.
  • Roster: 2:1 DIDO roster with transport to and from site provided from Perth Airport.

About You

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in construction completion, commissioning, project handover, or project coordination.
  • Experience working with completion management systems.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • A current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
