Contracts Administrator - Fitout

About this role Administering contracts and subcontracts across commercial refurb and fitout projects ($5-15m+) Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement, and tender comparisons Preparing and assessing variations, claims, EOTs and contract correspondence Tracking budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reporting with precision Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring compliance, quality, and program delivery Collaborating with consultants, clients, and site supervisors to keep projects moving

Is this you? 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction across structural refurb and fitout projects up to $15 million MUST have hospitality fitout experience Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, and cost management Experience with construction industry software systems is required Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team A trade or site background is a bonus, but not essential
