About the Company
Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a range of projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative business, working across a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer construction contracts from project commencement through to completion
- Assist with procurement, tendering and subcontractor engagement
- Prepare and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Assess progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments
- Monitor project costs and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain contractual documentation and project records
- Liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects
- Assist in identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You / Requirements
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
- Experience working on commercial, residential or mixed construction projects
- Understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and contract documentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Full Australian Working Rights
Qualifications & Certifications
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management
- Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred)

- Salary between $90,000 - $130,000 + Super (depending on experience)
