The Rebecca-Roe Gold Project is one of Ramelius Resources' flagship growth projects, involving the construction of a major greenfield mining and 3.25Mtpa processing operation that will establish a long-life, standalone gold production hub in Western Australia's Goldfields. The project will transform our operating footprint and form a key part of Ramelius' pathway to becoming a 500,000-ounce-per-year gold producer.

The Role

As the Construction Manager, you will lead all on-site construction activities through mobilisation, execution, completion and handover. Working within an EPC delivery model, you will provide leadership across multiple work fronts, ensuring delivery aligns with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major EPC construction works from mobilisation through to completion and handover
• Coordinate multiple concurrent construction work fronts across process plant, infrastructure and site services packages
• Drive construction performance by optimising productivity, sequencing and execution strategies
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications and project standards
• Proactively identify and resolve construction risks, constraints and interface issues to maintain project momentum
• Manage critical interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational readiness teams
• Champion strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
• Monitor project performance against budget and schedule, supporting contract management, forecasting and risk mitigation activities

About You

You have successfully led the construction of major mining and processing facilities and understand what it takes to deliver complex projects in remote environments. Your leadership style is practical and collaborative, enabling you to build strong relationships, manage risk and drive successful project outcomes.

You bring

• Demonstrated experience in a Construction Manager role on large-scale projects (circa $350M+)
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (preferred)
• Formal Project Management qualifications
• Extensive experience operating within EPC delivery models as part of an Owner's Project Team
• Detailed understanding of in Processing Plant construction, with gold processing experience an advantage
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary construction across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines
• Experience interpreting project controls, construction schedules, forecasting, risk management and change control processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Strong decision-making capability, resilience and adaptability in complex project environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety performance across large construction teams
• Ability to meet statutory appointment requirements under the Work Health & Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022
