If you're an experienced Construction Labourer, General Hand or Landscaper looking for stable weekday work with a view to long-term employment, one of these opportunities could be a great fit.

Role 1 – Construction Labourer

• Location: Wangara Office | Perth Metro Sites
• Pay: $40–$45/hr + Super + Penalties + $22.41 Daily Travel Allowance
• Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm + Regular OT
• Work: Ongoing Work | Career Progression Opportunities

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll be involved in a variety of construction and landscaping duties, including:

• Brick paving and general landscape construction
• General carpentry and trade assistant duties
• Building limestone and brick block retaining walls
• Fencing installation
• Preparing, forming and finishing concrete applications
• Internal and external non-structural demolition, including brickwork, sheds and concrete
• Operating power tools and assisting with general construction activities across Perth Metro sites

Role 2 – General Hand / Landscape Labourer

Our second client operates a popular family entertainment venue near Spearwood and is looking for an experienced General Hand / Landscape Labourer to assist with ongoing landscaping, grounds maintenance and general site upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery and maintaining high-quality grounds in a long-term position.

• Location: Spearwood
• Pay: $35–$45/hr + Super | Depending on Experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday | Typically 7:00am–3:30pm
• Work: Immediate Start | Ongoing Work | Skill Development Opportunities

What Will You Be Doing?

Reporting to the relevant site team, your duties will include:

• Operating bobcats and excavators for site preparation and landscaping
• Completing paving and concreting as required
• Installing and maintaining reticulation and irrigation systems
• Creating garden beds, planting, pruning, deadheading and removing shrubs
• Maintaining lawns and grounds through mowing, whipper snipping, weeding and fertilising
• Completing general labouring duties, including shovelling, digging and rubbish removal
• Clearing garden waste, cobwebs and general debris
• Carrying out basic repairs and routine maintenance of grounds and landscape features

What Do You Need to Be Successful?

To be considered for these opportunities, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in construction labouring, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar hands-on role
• A minimum of 1 year's construction experience
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Construction White Card
• National Police Clearance, issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening where required

The Following Tickets and Experience Will Be Highly Regarded

• Bobcat and excavator tickets
• MR or HR Driver's Licence
• EWP or LF High Risk Work Licence
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans
