Key responsibilities:

• Manage external client relationships and stakeholder interactions.
• Maintain accurate, secure records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations and engineering.
• Ensure documentation compliance and product safety standards.
• Uphold health, safety, and security policies.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, or coordination within complex or regulated environments.
• Sharp communication skills, engaging confidently with senior Defence and industry stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive info with discretion.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business systems.

Desirable:

• Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or related qualifications.
• Background in Defence, government, or industry sectors.
• Understanding of Defence contracts, SLAs, or government client environments.
