Cleaner (Casual) - Harrisdale Senior HS

We currently have multiple opportunities for cleaners to join our Health and Education team in Harrisdale. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

About the Role

Casual cleaners are needed and must be flexible to cover shifts Monday to Friday, 15:00–19:30. Shifts will vary as needed. You must reside within 15 km of Harrisdale Senior High School.

Please do not apply if you do not have flexibility and/or live more than 15 km away.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning of corridors, classrooms and change rooms
• Toilet cleaning
• Rubbish removal

About You / Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning is highly regarded but not necessary; full training will be provided.
• Be a good communicator, able to follow instructions and willing to learn.
• Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles.
• Flexibility to cover required shifts Monday to Friday; must be available all five days.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Must have full work rights; students and temporary visa holders will not be accepted.
• Candidates will be required to prove work rights, complete a pre-employment medical check, apply for Department of Education Clearance and undergo reference checks.
