Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 3:3 roster. There will be further opportunities to work on other projects following this engagement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

• Australian recognised trade or tertiary qualification in a civil discipline
• Demonstratable experience working as a Civil Supervisor overseeing earthworks and concrete scopes within the resources sector
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
