About the Role

We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

• Salary: $93,000 - $98,000 + Superannuation
• Roster: 14 Days On, 7 Days Off
• Location: FIFO/BIBO from Brisbane, QLD
• Employment type: Casual and permanent opportunities with long-term career growth
• Work 11-hour days

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services
• Work in a high-volume catering environment
• Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
• Deliver consistent quality and presentation
• Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

These are FIFO/BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster. Casual opportunities are available, with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights
