We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

About the Role

• Salary: $93,000 - $98,000 + Superannuation
• Roster: 14 Days On, 7 Days Off
• Location: FIFO from Cairns, QLD
• Employment Type: Casual & Permanent opportunity with long-term career growth
• The Role responsibilities include preparing meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services, working in a high-volume catering environment, maintaining food safety and HACCP standards, delivering consistent quality and presentation, and working as part of a supportive kitchen team.

About You / Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights

Qualifications & Certifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
