Key Responsibilities

• As a Charge Up Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient charging of underground development headings, working as part of a high‑performing team on a major gold project.
• Conducting charging activities for underground development and production.
• Handling, transporting and using explosives safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Preparing blast patterns and ensuring accurate charge placement.
• Working collaboratively within a structured underground production crew.
• Maintaining high safety standards, hazard awareness and quality of work.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Current Shotfirer Licence (WA or nationally recognised).
• Proven underground charge up experience in development and production.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing crew.
• A positive attitude in line with Redpath’s motto: “Consider it done — safely.”
