  • Responsibilities
    • Safely operate underground Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) equipment
    • Move ore and waste efficiently to support production targets
    • Conduct pre-start checks and report equipment faults immediately
    • Maintain housekeeping standards around all work areas
    • Follow shift plans, traffic management rules, and supervisor directions
    • Assist with mine services and other operational tasks as required
    • Complete activity sheets, safety documentation and workplace inspections
    • Report any hazards, incidents or near misses promptly
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices
  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience operating underground boggers/LHDs
    • Manual driver’s licence
    • First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain)
    • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
    • Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions carefully
    • A commitment to safe work practices and Redpath’s values
