Bogger Operator
MPI Recruitment
Job Description
About the Company
MPI partners with many of the major underground operations across WA, so instead of applying everywhere and guessing, you can come straight to us. We’ll give you an honest snapshot of what’s available - including rates, rosters, site conditions, and progression opportunities - so you can make an informed move. All roles are temp to perm (3–6 months), giving you the benefit of a strong casual rate initially, followed by the security of a long-term role once you’re established. Coming from interstate? If you’re based over east and happy to cover your own flights to WA, we’re open to considering you across a range of these opportunities.
About the Role
What’s on offer:
- Both Development and Production Bogger Operator roles available
- Multiple sites across WA on roster: 8/6, 7/7, 2/1, 2/2
- Casual Rates: $925 – $1,100 per day (depending on experience)
- Super paid on all hours worked
- FIFO roles across leading underground operations

What you’ll need:
- Minimum 12 months underground bogger operating experience
- Experience on boggers equipment (e.g. CAT, Sandvik)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
- Valid Australian working rights.
If you’re a Bogger Operator looking for roles with better pay, better rosters, and solid long-term opportunities, it’s worth having a conversation.
