About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of MACA’s established, high‑performing Drill & Blast teams across all of our WA mine sites. As a Blast Hole Driller, you’ll operate rigs safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets, working a 2:1 roster. You will be a key member of a skilled and supportive crew, playing a vital role in delivering accurate, productive and high‑quality drilling outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a production mining open pit environment
  • Epiroc T45 and D65 and Sandvik D1650i, DP1500i and DR410i & CAT MD6250 & CAT 5150 experience preferred
  • Current Manual WA driver’s licence
  • HR licence advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
