THE WESTGOLD OFFER

THE ROLE

  • Maintain and service underground equipment.
  • Fault-find and carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance.
  • Adhere to maintenance schedules to minimise disruption to mine operations.
  • Drive and participate in maintenance planning activities.
  • Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required.

WHAT DO I NEED

  • Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence.
  • Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences.
  • Experience within underground mining or heavy industry environment.
  • Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired).
  • Experience with CAT ET SIS Systems.
  • Experience with RCT remote control systems.
  • A can-do, team-oriented attitude.
  • Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment.
  • Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite,
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
