Asphalt Traceability Officer

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Asphalt Traceability Officer to join a busy operation based near Perth Airport.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, tracking materials, and supporting site teams with accurate data. You will be responsible for ensuring asphalt production and deliveries are accurately recorded, measured, and reconciled.

• $37.53 p/h base rate plus penalty rates
• OT1: $56.30 p/h | OT2: $75.06 p/h | Public Holidays: $93.83 p/h
• Workshop-based role with site interaction
• Ongoing work with a well-established company
• Opportunity to step into a specialised role within asphalt/civil

Roster

• Monday to Sunday (weekends as required)
• Day and Night Shifts required
• Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage asphalt load tickets and delivery dockets
• Calculate tonnages, volumes, and material usage
• Reconcile production vs. delivered quantities
• Maintain accurate traceability records
• Support site teams with reporting and data
• Identify and escalate discrepancies
• Liaise with operators, drivers, and supervisors

About You

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Confident working with calculations (tonnage, volume, quantities)
• Experience in asphalt, civil, logistics or similar (highly regarded)
• Ability to work across day and night shifts
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
• White Card (desirable)
