About the Role

We currently have the opportunity for an Apprentice Boilermaker to join our fabrication team. This position is initially based at our Jandakot Workshop and will relocate to brand new state-of-the-art premises in Hazelmere early 2027.

As a Boilermaker Apprentice you will work alongside and assist qualified boilermakers to learn all aspects of the heavy metal fabrication trade.

What You’ll Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• A genuine interest in steel works and fabrication
• A knowledge of Maths and Technical Drawing
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to work with exposure to noise, machinery, heat and variable conditions
• Perth-based residency and your own transport to and from the workshop
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens
• A pre-apprenticeship course will be highly regarded
