Agi Operator - Underground

AGITator (AGI) Truck Operator – Underground WA Residents Only | Multiple Rosters Available (7:7 / 2:1 / 2:2)

We are currently seeking experienced Underground Agitator (AGI) Truck Operators to join our Operations team on site. This is a site-based role supporting underground shotcrete and concrete operations, working with a safety-focused, high-performing team at an underground mining operation in Western Australia.

About the Role Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable concrete and shotcrete services underground. This position supports ongoing underground mining activities and ensures continuity of operations.

Rosters Available:

• 7:7, 2:1 & 2:2
• ( WA residents only )

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate batching and loading of concrete for underground operations
• Operate AGI trucks to safely transport concrete underground
• Maintain cleanliness of the batch plant, trucks, and associated equipment
• Ensure mixers, trucks, and equipment are cleaned to prevent material hardening
• Maintain accurate batching and production records
• Monitor and maintain batch plant stock levels, including admixtures
• Load hopper with sand, gravel, cement, and water and operate mixers
• Assist shotcrete operators and follow operational instructions as required
• Comply with all site safety, operational, and environmental procedures

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential:

• Previous experience as an Underground AGI Truck Operator
• Current and valid HR Australian Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Clearance(within the last 6 months)
• Valid Australian working rights
• All relevant qualifications, licences, and RPLs

Desirable:

• Experience operating Mack AGI trucks in an underground environment
