We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to oversee and drive the successful delivery of Perth Park - WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct. The Role

• Support the project management team in the delivery of general administration duties
• Prepare daily time sheets and submit to payroll
• Updating of roster and registers
• General cost controlling including, invoicing, MR creation and maintenance and expense claims
• Coordinate inductions when required
• Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics, inspection and testing documentation when required
• Assist in the compilation of MDR’s & IOM’s when required
• Take minutes of meetings as requested by Senior Management
• Manage site purchase order system including reconciling invoices to purchase orders
• Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
• Work hours 6:45am- 5pm Mon-Fri with the occasional Saturday when required

About You

• Previous experience in project administration within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of cost control processes, invoicing, and procurement practices.
• A commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adaptability and resilience to meet changing project demands.
