We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to oversee and drive the successful delivery of Perth Park - WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct. The Role
- Support the project management team in the delivery of general administration duties
- Prepare daily time sheets and submit to payroll
- Updating of roster and registers
- General cost controlling including, invoicing, MR creation and maintenance and expense claims
- Coordinate inductions when required
- Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics, inspection and testing documentation when required
- Assist in the compilation of MDR’s & IOM’s when required
- Take minutes of meetings as requested by Senior Management
- Manage site purchase order system including reconciling invoices to purchase orders
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Work hours 6:45am- 5pm Mon-Fri with the occasional Saturday when required
About You
- Previous experience in project administration within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of cost control processes, invoicing, and procurement practices.
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adaptability and resilience to meet changing project demands.
