Graduate Mining Engineer

• Planned rotations through underground and open pit teams, with assigned time to complete your professional engineering practical requirements

Your Graduate Experience
You will be embedded within our high-performing operational teams and contribute to real outcomes.

You will:

• Assist with daily production planning and short term schedules.
• Support ventilation surveys, reporting and improvement initiatives.
• Track and report on mining performance against targets.
• Contribute actively to safety and the systems that support safe work practices.
• Build strong relationships across both our technical and operational teams.
• Deliver project work with clear accountability and outcomes.

About You
You are a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mining Engineer who is eager to develop their skills as either a future leader or a technical expert at Ramelius.
You will thrive in an environment where your confidence is built through real contribution, not observation**.**
Your application will include:

• Undergraduate Degree in Mining Engineering, completed within the most recent 2 years.
• Prior vacation work experience in an operating mining environment will be an advantage.
• Be eager to learn with a positive, proactive and solution focussed approach.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
