About the Role
We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Newman team. In this casual role working up to 50hrs Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
- Raising and closing of work orders
- Answering telephone, emails and responding to enquiries from internal and external sources
- Ensuring all maintenance on equipment is up to date
- Stocktakes of consumables and maintenance of all records & logs
- Assisting with the coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries
- General administration duties as required
What You will Need
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- Forklift ticket – desirable or willing to obtain
- Previous experience in Administration roles is desirable
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
- Confident user of MS Office suite
- Australian work rights
- Ability to pass an ongoing drug & alcohol screens
- Be a Newman resident
