The Role

We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Karratha team. In this full time role working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
• Providing transport of our FIFO employees
• Raising and closing of work orders
• Answering telephone, emails and responding to enquiries from internal and external sources
• Ensuring all maintenance on equipment is up to date
• Stocktakes of consumables and maintenance of all records & logs
• Assisting with the coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• General administration duties as required

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:

• A current Australian Drivers Licence
• Forklift ticket – desirable or willing to obtain
• Previous experience in Administration roles is desirable
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
• Confident user of MS Office suite
• Australian work rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens
• Be a Karratha resident
