About the Role

The Opportunity: Join our Surface Mining Production team where you’ll safely haul ore, meet production targets and contribute to a strong safety-first culture.

• Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
• Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period.
• Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, haul and dump ore to plan
• Meet production targets and cycle times
• Follow site procedures and safety standards
• Work collaboratively within the production team

About You / Requirements

• Experience operating surface mining haul trucks is essential
