Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Workforce Planner to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across various Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

There are various rosters across our different works, permanent and casual positions available.

Must be flexible to be based on site as required

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with site compliance & onboarding employees to site
• Managing and maintaining personnel roster and schedule training / induction requirements.
• Managing weekly Invoicing & Client Claims.
• Procurement - Raising & Managing Purchase Orders.
• Cost tracking and variance analysis
• Credit card reconciliation
• Preparation of daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for up to 40+ employees.
• Provide high quality administrative support to the site manager and operations project team.
• Travel / Medical bookings as required.
• General office support duties

What you will bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role.
• Site/Project based administrative experience highly regarded
• Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals.
• Full Drivers Licence (manual preferred but not essential).
• A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
