Workforce Planner

We're now seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Plannerto join our dynamic team in our office located in Rivervale Office.

Responsibilities:

• Allocation of resources including personnel across shutdown and project works
• Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements
• Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Workforce Planning Manager
• Assisting with mobilisation requirements to ensure crews are compliant

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings a strong safety-first mindset to everything they do. 
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: 

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Team player and capable of working autonomously
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
