Underground Shift Supervisor

About the Role

As an Underground Shift Supervisor, you'll lead crews underground, drive safe production, and keep operations running at the highest standard. You'll be responsible for frontline leadership, operational performance, and ensuring every shift finishes safely and productively.

• Day rates from $1,300 + Super (experience dependent)
• 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO rosters

• Strong operational support and experienced site leadership

What You Bring

• S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
• Proven experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large crews
• Solid understanding of underground mining operations and safety legislation
• Manual C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
