Underground Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Underground Shift Supervisor opportunities in Western Australia, with ongoing casual work or permanent shift supervisor roles. MPI recruitment will manage the process across WA sites, offering fast onboarding and a high casual rate.

We will need the following

• Current WA Underground Shift Supervisor's certificate (essential)
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
• Extensive underground mining experience within hard rock operations
• Previous supervisory experience leading underground crews
• Strong understanding of underground mining equipment, production, and development activities
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
• Current WA Manual C class driver's licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance requirement.
