- Drive safe and efficient underground production and development in a dynamic mining environment
- WA Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Certificate and proven underground supervisory experience required
The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Underground Production Supervisors to lead high-performing crews and drive safe and efficient production at WA’s iconic Granny Smith gold mine.
Working with a supportive leadership team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily production and development activities, mentoring your crew and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Reporting to the Coordinator Underground Production, these are fantastic opportunities for Supervisors that thrive on leadership, teamwork and achieving results underground. If you’re ready to step up and make your mark underground, we’d love to hear from you!

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven underground supervisory experience in mining environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide underground crews
- Sound understanding of underground production and development processes, mining methods and ability to plan and forecast
- WA Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Certificate, or ability to obtain before commencement
- WA Dangerous Goods Security Card, Working at Heights
- Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence
About the Role:
- Leading and supervising underground production and development crews to deliver safe and efficient shift outcomes
- Planning and supervising daily operations, addressing technical issues and improvement opportunities
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site safety systems and procedures
- Coaching and mentoring crew members to build capability and a high-performance culture
- Collaborating with business partners and coordinators to implement initiatives, projects, and team development plans
