Underground Production Engineer Location: WA Roster: 8/6 FIFO from Perth
Responsibilities:
- Optimizing resource extraction through strategic mine design and production planning.
- Developing drill-and-blast designs and comprehensive operational work plans.
- Partnering closely with underground geology and survey teams to ensure accurate execution and resource delivery.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in mechanized underground mining operations
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Engineering Degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience as a Mining Engineer in the Underground space
- Technical: Deswik experience is ideal
- Commodity: Gold experience is preferred
- Communication: Must have strong communication skills—they want someone who will "speak up" if something doesn't look or feel right.
