Job Description

Underground Production Engineer Location: WA Roster: 8/6 FIFO from Perth

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing resource extraction through strategic mine design and production planning.
  • Developing drill-and-blast designs and comprehensive operational work plans.
  • Partnering closely with underground geology and survey teams to ensure accurate execution and resource delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in mechanized underground mining operations

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Engineering Degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience as a Mining Engineer in the Underground space
  • Technical: Deswik experience is ideal
  • Commodity: Gold experience is preferred
  • Communication: Must have strong communication skills—they want someone who will "speak up" if something doesn't look or feel right.
