Hays Recruitment is seeking experienced Underground Operators for immediate starts with a well-established underground mining operation in Western Australia. These roles are suited to candidates with extensive Australian underground mine site experience looking for consistent work and a pathway to permanent employment after 3 months.

FIFO ex Perth and residential options available.

• Underground Drillers
• Bogger Operators
• Nippers
• Charge Up / Shotfirers
• Service Crew

What you'll need to succeed

Bogger Operators

• Proven experience operating Sandvik underground loaders
• Strong safety and production experience on Australian sites

Charge Up / Shotfirers

• Current WA Shotfirer’s Licence
• Working at Heights certification
• Previous underground charge‑up experience

Drillers, Nippers & Service Crew

• Extensive Australian underground mining experience
• Strong understanding of underground safety standards and procedures
