About the Role
Techforce Personnel is working with a leading Tier 1 underground mining contractor to strengthen experienced crews across established, long-term operations throughout Western Australia.
Whether you're an experienced Service Crew or Paste Crew operator, or a Nipper looking to take the next step underground, this is an opportunity to secure consistent FIFO work, competitive rates and genuine career progression.
What's on Offer?
- Service Crew/Paste Crew: $60/hr
- Nippers: $50–$55/hr
- 2:2, 2:1 and 7:7 FIFO rosters
- Immediate starts
- Temp-to-perm opportunities

What You'll Need
- Previous underground mining experience
- Current Australian manual driver's licence
- DGSC (WA)
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Relevant VOCs, licences and training transcripts
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
