• Location: Various locations across Australia (WA & NT)
• FIFO ex Perth or DIDO Kalgoorlie

About the Role

Operate graders to safely meet production targets across our Underground operation at a project in the Goldfields region. You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of the CAT 12M graders OR equivalent
• Maintain and build haul roads and access roads in active mining areas
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
• Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience operating underground graders in mining (Essential)
• Dozer experience (Highly desired)
• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
• A team mindset and reliable work ethic
• Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
• Valid manual (C class) Australian drivers licence
