About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Transition Analyst. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in analysing, documenting and redesigning non-work order management activities across our contracts. Reporting to the Transition Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This is a fixed-term contract position until June 2027.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Review non-work order management activities, identifying inefficiencies, process gaps, duplication and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, RACI matrices and supporting documentation.
• Assess workloads and responsibilities, support activity redistribution and help implement transition plans with minimal disruption.
• Facilitate workshops, build stakeholder relationships, achieve consensus and communicate process and ownership changes effectively.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, implementation plans, SOPs and governance documentation, while keeping process libraries current.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a related discipline (desirable).
• Experience in business process analysis, process mapping or operational improvement within contract, facilities management, health, education or service delivery environments.
• Strong capability in analysing complex operational activities and producing clear process maps, workflows, RACI matrices and operating model documentation.
• Experience supporting transition, transformation or organisational change programs is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, facilitation, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Visio or similar process mapping tools; relevant qualifications in business analysis, project management, process improvement or a related discipline are desirable.
