About the Role
The Opportunity: Play a key role leading the coordination and delivery of high-quality training across our large and complex St Ives site, helping to elevate capability and performance. In this role, you’ll contribute to the rollout of enhanced training processes, supporting a broader shift toward a consistent and systematic approach to learning. The opportunity is available for candidates FIFO from Perth or residential for Kalgoorlie/Kambalda residents. We can be flexible on roster to meet your needs. Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of trainers to deliver site training requirements
- Develop, maintain and implement site-wide training plans
- Partner with HR, Supervisors and Department Managers to support training needs
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including training records, competency frameworks and gap analysis
- Facilitate internal training programs and coach subject matter experts in delivery
- Support development of individual training plans through stakeholder collaboration
- Coordinate training schedules for internal and external programs
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued
About You / Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated experience in training coordination and project management within a heavy industry environment
- Experience supervising training in line with Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) requirements
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
