About the Role

Duration: 9–12 Months Roster: 5:2/4:3 Rate: $50 - $60 p/h, plus super

Provide administrative, travel, procurement, and operational support to an Autonomous Haulage team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage flight, accommodation, and roster bookings, including travel changes, cancellations and demobilisations.
  • Manage and administer Microsoft Bookings for training, and team scheduling requirements.
  • Maintain project personnel records, rosters, training records and administrative databases.
  • Raise and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, reservations and invoices through SAP and company procurement systems.
  • Support document control processes and ensure controlled documents, templates and records are maintained in accordance with company requirements.
  • Manage shared inboxes, distribution lists and project communications to support stakeholders across the project.
  • Assist with reporting requirements, including exposure hours, training compliance, workforce logistics and operational dashboards.
  • Coordinate technology and asset allocation, including laptops, iPads, SIM cards and user access requests.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to leaders and the wider Autonomous Haulage team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in administration, project coordination, or operational support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Bookings, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred, including maintaining trackers, managing data, reporting and basic analysis.
  • Experience with SAP or similar business systems is desirable.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug/Alcohol screening.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Currently reside in Western Australia.
