About the Company

Workforce Training Centre WA, Linkforce’s registered training organisation (RTO #52729), is a premier provider of training and education services based in Kewdale, Western Australia. As an integral part of the Linkforce enterprise, Workforce Training Centre delivers a comprehensive range of nationally recognised training and assessment programs exclusively for our internal workforce.

The Role

The role is a full-time, permanent opportunity joining our Kewdale Training Centre, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for:

  • Deliver engaging, practical, and compliant accredited and non-accredited training programs
  • Facilitate courses covering Work Safely at Heights
  • Facilitate Enter and work in a Confined Space
  • Facilitate Gas Test Atmospheres
  • Facilitate Fire Safety
  • Facilitate Manual Handling
  • Facilitate HRWL training and assessing
  • Conduct Practical VOC assessments and refresher training
  • Deliver Leadership and foundation skills training as required
  • Maintain current industry knowledge, compliance, and collaborative practices to support quality training outcomes
  • Support quality assurance, validation, and compliance to ensure training quality and assessment integrity
  • Participate in development, review, and maintenance of training resources to support learner engagement, safety capability, and job-ready outcomes

About You / Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/40122 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated mining industry experience (required to deliver AQF Level 2/3 units and above).
  • Supervisory experience (desirable)
  • Experience delivering safety-focused training, preferably within the mining sector (desirable)
  • Industry qualifications at the level being delivered or above
  • WorkSafe Accredited Assessor across HRWL Classes is desirable
  • BHP endorsed Practical Assessment accredited Assessor is desirable

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/40122 or equivalent)
