Dump Truck Traineeship

• Complete a Nationally recognised Certificate III In Surface Extraction

About the Role

Do you have enthusiasm, a commitment to safety and want to kick start your career in mining?

We are seeking applicants who would like to undertake a 24 month Dump Truck Traineeship program, working a rotating lifestyle roster (5/4 4/5) working Day and Night Shifts

To be a member of our team, you will have a high regard for the value of teamwork, a strong work ethic to ensure all goals of the client are met, by acting with honesty and integrity. You will need to demonstrate you are the type of person who will take personal accountability and responsibility for your actions.

What you will Need

• A strong work history with contactable references
• Full C Class Drivers Licence and can confidently drive manual
• Residential address located within 1hrs drive of the mine site
• Ability to complete an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol testing

What you will be doing

• Operating Dump Trucks in a safe manner
• Working both Day & Night shifts, including Weekends
• 12.33hr shifts across a Lifestyle Roster 5/4/4/5
• You will meet KPI targets within the coal production environment
