The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Trades Assistant – Track Press to join our Service Department at our Wacol branch. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will assist with the day-to-day operational activities of the Trackshop, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, work quality and 5S. You will provide practical assistance to minimise equipment downtime and ensure work is completed to a high standard in accordance with workshop manuals, relevant guidelines and Safe Work Procedures.

Roster

Full Time – Monday to Friday

Annualised Wages

$75k to $90k + super

What we are looking for

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• A practical and hands-on approach to work
• The ability to complete work to a high standard while following workshop manuals, relevant guidelines and Safe Work Procedures
• Good written communication skills, including the ability to complete service reports
• A reliable and team-focused approach
• The ability to identify and report hazards, incidents and accidents
• A willingness to assist across the branch when required
• Experience in Trackshop operations will be highly regarded
