About the Role
As a Coates Toolstore Controller, you will be responsible for the availability and supply of tools and consumables for customer shutdown and maintenance projects across Western Australia, with the potential for offshore work as required.
This role involves a combination of Perth Metro and remote site-based work. Successful candidates will work away from home for extended periods, typically between 1 and 4 weeks at a time, although longer project durations may occur. Travel, accommodation and meals are provided while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, source and plan tooling and consumables to meet customer demands
- Assist with opportunities to maximise equipment utilisation
- Ensure tooling & equipment is in good working order ready for hire
- Manage the dispatch and retrieval of tooling and equipment
- Conduct stock takes and record inventory data electronically, report as required.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Familiarisation with Take 5’s and JSEA’s
- Drivers Licence & Forklift License
- Good verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills, time management & organisational skills
- Trade Qualifications welcome but not essential
