About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Product Support Specialist, where you'll be the vital link between cutting-edge mining technology systems and on-site operational teams. This is a 12 month contract, FIFO 8:6 ex-Perth.

In this role, you'll ensure the seamless performance of complex industrial systems in challenging environments, helping maximise operational efficiency and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise in networking, systems integration, and infrastructure management
• Experience with enterprise systems such as servers, virtual machines, and databases
• Proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization using tools like dashboards and alerting systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backend technical issues, including database and infrastructure incidents
• Knowledge of software deployment, version control, and automation scripting
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders from operators to management

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in industrial or mining environments
• Familiarity with OEM systems and external platform integrations
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, high availability, and backup solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant technical certifications or degrees in IT, systems engineering, or related fields
• Prior experience supporting industrial or operational technology systems in a 24/7 environment

Other Requirements

• Ability to work onsite at mining facilities, with availability for remote support as needed
• Comfort with coordinating maintenance activities and system updates during critical operational windows
