About the Company
Our client, is a leading engineering and project services organisation supporting major industrial projects across Australia. Due to continued growth and a high volume of project work, they are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join their team and assist in sourcing critical technical personnel.
About the Role
Working closely with operational leaders, you will play a key role in attracting and securing skilled trades and technical professionals across electrical, mechanical and site services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and technical personnel
- Sourcing candidates across electrical, mechanical and industrial sectors
- Managing candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation activities
- Building relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders
- Supporting high-volume recruitment requirements across multiple projects
About You
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting within mining, construction, engineering, industrial or energy sectors
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical trades roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Pay rate: $45p/h - $50 p/h + super depending on experience
