About the Company

Our client, is a leading engineering and project services organisation supporting major industrial projects across Australia. Due to continued growth and a high volume of project work, they are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist /  Recruiter to join their team and assist in sourcing critical technical personnel.

About the Role

Working closely with operational leaders, you will play a key role in attracting and securing skilled trades and technical professionals across electrical, mechanical and site services projects.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and technical personnel
• Sourcing candidates across electrical, mechanical and industrial sectors
• Managing candidate pipelines and talent pools
• Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation activities
• Building relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders
• Supporting high-volume recruitment requirements across multiple projects

About You

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting within mining, construction, engineering, industrial or energy sectors
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical trades roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Pay rate: $45p/h - $50 p/h + super depending on experience
